Privacy policy
Version of October 25, 2026
This page explains what data the traffichowl.store website (the Traffic Howl service) collects, why, and how to delete it. In short: we take only what we need for sign-in, orders and statistics, and we never sell it.
What data we receive
- When you sign in with Google: your email address, name and profile photo link. We never see your Google password.
- When you sign in with Telegram: your Telegram account number, name, username and profile photo.
- In your dashboard: the niche you chose, orders, balance, top-up and charge history, comments on orders.
- Through tracked links: the day of the click, country, device type (phone or computer) and the website the person came from. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses or personal data.
Why we need it
- So you can sign in to your dashboard and see only your own orders and money.
- To fulfil orders and show you click statistics.
- To contact you about an order.
We do not send marketing emails. Order and balance notifications go only to the Telegram bot, if you connected it.
Cookies
The site sets four of its own cookies. The first keeps you signed in. The second remembers for 30 days the partner whose link brought you. The third holds a random visitor number: we use it to count how many people visit the site and where they came from (search, Telegram, another website). The fourth remembers your chosen site language for a year. This data stays with us. On the public pages of the site (not in the dashboard) we also use Microsoft Clarity: it shows us anonymised click and scroll maps and recordings of how visitors use a page. Clarity masks the text you type into fields. Microsoft processes Clarity data under its own privacy statement. There are no advertising cookies.
Payments
Crypto top-ups go through the NOWPayments payment service. It processes wallet addresses and payment details; we receive only the payment confirmation and the amount.
Who we share data with
We do not sell or share data with anyone, except the services the site cannot work without: Google and Telegram for sign-in, NOWPayments for payments. Data is stored on a rented server that only the service owner can access.
How to delete your data
Message @Traffic_howl on Telegram and include your client ID from the dashboard. We delete the account and related data within 7 days. Payment records may be kept longer where the law requires it.
Security
Sign-in only via Google or Telegram with confirmation in the bot. Sessions are signed, and one button in the dashboard signs you out on all devices.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the version date at the top.
